Test is used for Diagnosis of IEMs: Phenylketonuria, Maple Syrup Urine Disease, Homocystinuria, Cystinosis. Renal Disorders: To identify issues with amino acid reabsorption in the kidneys (tubulopathies). Nutritional Assessment: To gauge protein metabolism and nutrient deficiencies. Neurological/Endocrine Issues: To investigate unexplained symptoms in children or adults.
