A COMPLETE SET OF TESTS THAT CHECK: This profile measures key reproductive and hormonal markers to help identify the underlying causes of absent or irregular periods (amenorrhoea). It includes: •Luteinising Hormone (LH) to assess ovulation and pituitary function. •Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH) to evaluate ovarian reserve and detect ovarian or pituitary dysfunction. •Prolactin to identify elevated levels that can suppress ovulation and disrupt menstrual cycles. •Testosterone, Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG), and Free Androgen Index to detect hormonal imbalances such as PCOS or androgen excess. •Oestradiol (17-Beta) to determine estrogen status and assess ovarian activity.
