A complete blood count (CBC) — evaluates red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, and hemoglobin levels. It helps identify anemia, inflammation, infections, or blood disorders. Preparation

After a fast of at least 8-10 hours. Plain water is allowed, but no coffee, tea or juice is permitted. No alcohol and fatty foods the day before the test. Medications and vitamins should not be taken in the morning, unless agreed with a doctor.
